Pharmacy Team

Our Clinical Pharmacy team is led by our Lead Clinical Pharmacist Laura Clark.

The team is an integral part of the practice and works alongside the general practice team, undertaking medication reviews, dealing with medication queries, processing hospital discharge summaries to ensure appropriate medication changes are needed and working closely with our care homes and housebound patients to review and optimise prescribing in our most vulnerable patient groups.
