Dr Kome Gbinigie

It is with a great sadness that the Manor team share the tragic news of the sudden death of our friend and colleague Dr Kome Gbinigie.

Many of our patients will have known Dr Gbinigie and been treated by her, she was a loved and highly valued member of our clinical team.

Dr Gbinigie, Kome as she was known, was a very special person. She had been working with us since 2017  and combined her clinical work with a successful academic career at the University of Oxford and also work as a community cardiologist.

Kome was an absolute joy to work with. The team (and we are sure our patients too) will miss her smile that lit up the room, her warm playful sense of humour and her kindness. We were indeed privileged to work with such a lovely doctor and human being,
