Worldwide IT Outage - update 21.07.24

Following the CrowdStrike IT outage on Friday, we are pleased to say that access to our clinical system has been restored. We are now working through a backlog of administration associated with the outage and there will continue to be some disruption to our services for the next couple of days so please bear with us.

Friday's outage - which also sparked major issues in the travel and banking sectors, among others - was caused by a faulty update to CrowdStrike antivirus software, which crashed Microsoft systems.

Access to the NHS app is gradually being restored for most patients. Our online consultation forms will be accessible again tomorrow morning but it may take us longer to respond  than normal as demand is likely to be extremely high. If you have an appointment booked at either Manor or Kennington Health Centre for Monday please attend as usual.
