New Patient Registration
We welcome new patients living in our area.
How to Register
We welcome new patients living in the Headington and Kennington areas. To check if you live in our catchment area, please follow the links below for either Manor Surgery or Kennington Health Centre. You can enter your postcode in the catchment area checker and if we cover your area you will be able to complete the registration process via this link.
Please note that we are currently experiencing a high number of registrations so it may take up to 14 days to process your registration.
If you need help completing our registration form please contact the practice and ask to speak to one of our reception team. If you would like the registration form in a different language, please tell us what language you need. We will then send you the form to your email address or print it off for you to collect at the Manor Surgery or Kennington Health Centre.
If you have any questions please contact us.
Temporary Services
If you are ill while away from home and your need is urgent and immediate, please telephone your usual (home) general practice first, followed by NHS 111.
Should you need to see a doctor locally you can register as a temporary patient for up to 3 months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP.
Your Named GP
All Patients registered with the surgery will have been allocated a named accountable GP who will be responsible for your overall care. However, you can book appointments with any of the GPs at the surgery. If you have a preference to which GP you are allocated, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests. If you wish to know which GP has been allocated to you, please ask reception at your next visit.
