We operate a
practice complaints procedure as
part of the NHS system for dealing
with complaints. This meets national
criteria. Our aim is to give you the
highest possible standard of service
and deal swiftly with any problems
that may arise. We endeavour to
report back to you in two weeks
although in some cases more time may
be required.
